The old harbor still has its wooden pointus tied along the quay and a row of cafés behind them. It is a five-minute walk from the station, which makes it the easiest port to reach from anywhere between Cannes and Ventimiglia without a car.

Most days out of Beaulieu start east towards Monaco or west into the Cap Ferrat coves, and either is a short enough run to be swimming within half an hour of casting off.
